A Grade II Listed 18th-century cart shed and stables on the Hampshire–Sussex border has been transformed into a bespoke private residence, combining heritage sensitivity with exceptional craft. The project involved the careful restoration and conversion of the existing structure, retaining the character of the original agricultural buildings whilst realising an intricately considered contemporary home.

Working closely with designer Jay Osgerby and architect Niall Maxwell of Rural Office, the project is a testament to the skill of all those involved in bringing an ambitious vision to life.

Leadenhall delivered full Project Management services, coordinating a complex consultant team and specialist subcontractors to meet the bespoke demands of this unique project.
